Browning-BDA-9mm

A Browning BDA is seen during the standoff in Season 1 Episode 4, Vatos, by Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus). The handgun in the front of his waistband is definitely not the Glock he loaded earlier on which is in the back of his waistband at the small of his back. Unlike the Glock, this pistol also has an external hammer. It seems to also have a different rear sight than the SIG featured in the earlier loading scene. This same pistol is taken by Carl Grimes (Chandler Riggs) from the side saddle bag on Daryl's motorcycle in Season 2 Episode 12, Judge, Jury, Executioner. In the following episode, Carl admits what he did and is encouraged by both Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and Shane Walsh (Jon Bernthal) to continue carrying it for self defense instead of the Charter Arms revolver he trained with. Carl uses this pistol to save his father from a zombified Shane Walsh in Season 2 Episode 12, Better Angels. Carl Grimes carrys a Browning BDA in Season 2 Episode 13, Beside The Dying Fire, to protect himself from the herd of zombies that trespasses onto Hershel's farm.
